Events may be masterminds, conference calls, meetings, seminars, leadership conferences, and your company's conventions.

As a leader in your company and in the industry, you NEED to be at each event. Keep reading for 8 REASONS why you NEED to ATTEND every event and 8 simple WAYS to BUILD for the next event you have coming up...

  1. You Never Know Which Will Be Yours! When I interviewed Jim Rohn, he said, "You never know which event will be YOURS, so you must attend every one possible!"
     

  2. Events TRIGGER Desire. Something magical happens at events. It's hard to explain. I do know that once you trigger desire - you trigger decisions.
     

  3. Events BUILD Belief! - Stories from others, their journey, their sweat and tears, and how they made it. Awesome!
     

  4. Events BUILD Relationships for YOU and for your downline! This creates a LONG-TERM environment.
     

  5. Events are 100% Personal Development! EVERY aspect of EVENTS include personal growth and ENERGY.
     

  6. Events are great TAX deductions!
     

  7. Events could double or TRIPLE your INCOME! You become LASER focused and now SEE the BIG picture.
     

  8. Events force you to set GOALS as your company sets up new incentives, contests, & promise of the future.

BUILDING FOR EVENTS IS PURE LEADERSHIP!

  1. PROMOTE events 30-60-90 days at a time. If one is not coming up in this time frame, set up your own event.
     

  2. Establish a VISION/Game-Plan for your team in this WINDOW of opportunity. What level will you achieve?
     

  3. CONTACT your TOP 20-30 people and as a leader, stress the importance of them attending. All you can do is ENCOURAGE them to attend, share stories.
     

  4. Set up a CALL or LOCAL Meeting to discuss the event with your key people and THEIR key people.
     

  5. Let your team know of "their" downline attending. This is natural "success pressure" and will help them decide.
     

  6. Set aside some time for your team no matter how small or big it may be - dinner, night out, mastermind, tourist attraction, etc.. Results are the same. (builds relationships)
     

  7. Set time aside before and after the EVENT for Prospecting and encourage your group to do the same to pay for expenses.
     

  8. BUILD for these events as if the PRESIDENT of the US is attending. Do your JOB and EDIFY the guest speakers the best you can. Hammer the phones and emails until the day of the event.
