ACTIVITY #1 - Understand it's YOU versus YOU!
We need to understand that we can become our own greatest competitor. TEST yourself everyday to become a better person. LOOK in the mirror more often than looking at everyone else.

ACTIVITY #2 - Be Yourself!
Focus on what you are good at doing, seek improvement on what you are NOT good at doing, and learn how to FEEL good about YOU. Fall in love with the fact that YOU are who you are because that's just the way it is...your original...unique and most importantly...you have the ability to improve yourself.

ACTIVITY #3 - Encourage others to ENCOURAGE!
Learn how to celebrate your success along with others and how to celebrate others success along with yours. In other words, be the type of person that is known for helping others to "go for it", and make the best of their opportunities.

ACTIVITY #4 - Focus on Empowerment!
Be the one to say..."I see big things in you" and "You can do it". Don't be the one to pre-judge, we all deserve to have everything in life we need and want!

ACTIVITY #5 - Work on Discipline!
The art of making self-promises and fulfilling them is the ESSENCE of confidence, and ultimately can determine our path in life. If we consistently BREAK promises to ourselves, we eventually stop "trusting" the person we see in the mirror. Start with a few easy self-promises. Once you build confidence, you can build anything.

ACTIVITY #6 - Have FUN!
Smile, laugh, enjoy, and do more with a positive attitude. If you learn how to enjoy the process...imagine how far you can go!

ACTIVITY # 7 - Work on NEW Skills EVERYDAY!
