To Plant More Seeds, You Need More LEADS

Now that you know what type of leads are available with CEM and that you can ADD leads to your current activity, let's take a look at another key to your success...Your SYSTEM.

Today, we will discuss secrets to success with SYSTEMS!

Many of you have a great upline and support centers. We know that this is something you stick to, never deviate or get off track on what is already working for your teams.

Before we get into some nuts and bolts on SYSTEMS, I want to share a question I asked Bobby Lindsey at CEM.

"Bobby, in looking at your TOP clients, I mean the BEST of the BEST, how important is the SYSTEM to their SUCCESS?"

Bobby Lindsey:Mike, a system is what determines success or failure in a business. Without a system it is very difficult to succeed. What we preach at CEM is a bad system beats no system — anyday!

All of our top and most successful clients have a system — that's no longer a secret.

Nobody starts off with this 'perfect' system. You develop your system over time. But you need to know where to start.

Start off with a basic systematic approach and build on it. Your system can be as simple as calling a prospect, guiding them to a web site/presentation and following up to ask for the sale or 3-waying them in with your upline.

Here's one great thing about having a system. When you are working leads/prospects and are following a system, you can track where you may be struggling at in the process. You may find yourself getting a high percentage of people to watch an online presentation, but after that you are losing them and a low percentage of people are talking to you again. There could be several reasons — maybe the presentation was too complex, you didn't set an appointment to follow up with them after the presentation, etc. Because you have a system in place, you can measure your success during each step of the process so you can identify challenges and improve along the way.

Clients with systems can plug virtually any prospect/lead into their system and find success. But real success comes when a client uses a lead that fits their process/system. A system allows the average person to earn a great deal of money in our industry. WHY? Because the system allows them to become a messenger, not the message.

It's easy to be the messenger...mentally and physically. It's amazing to me how many ordinary people I have seen, heard of and told stories of who have achieved extraordinary results in this industry because they joined a company and followed a system.

Time is your greatest asset. To grow your business, you must work on time management.
