To Plant More Seeds, You Need More LEADS

In Part 3, we discussed the importance of RATIOS. Now, we'll identify some of the TOP reasons people SUCCEED in lead programs.

They look at their lead program like an investment. Avoid "trying things out", and instead commit to the program long enough to get better at what you're doing. This allows things to compound for greater results.

They develop RATIOS. Tracking results is KEY and you eventually have solid numbers to map out incomes for monthly or yearly goals. As a bonus, if you have a bad day, week or month — because you know your numbers — you stay focused.

They focus on using SYSTEMS instead of themselves. Prospects are looking at what you do as a model for what they have to do, so no matter how good you are, it's more important to use tools.

They ask questions. Get to know your prospects and exploring HOT buttons. Gather information that will be critical in follow-up.

They follow-up UNTIL. Until a prospect says NO or YES. You never know when they will JOIN, so stay in touch and drip long enough to avoid positioning your prospect for someone else to sponsor.

They SORT instead of CONVINCE. Navigate your prospects through your systems, and if they DESERVE your time — then make it happen. Stay away from those who NEED your time. Avoid recruiting HEADACHES.

They sell DREAMS and TEAMS. Never forget prospects want time and financial freedom more than anything else. Sell your TEAM, sell your ENVIRONMENT, and you will attract more people.

They WEATHER the STORM. Some leads say one thing and do another. Some leads provide inaccurate information. Some leads are tire kickers. SOME LEADS are GEMS!

They focus on training and development. Learning one more skill, listening to someone who shares tips on working leads, and just setting the stage for their teams to never stop learning and educating yourself on how to get better.

They PROMOTE leads to their teams as an additional ACTIVITY. It's not the only way — it's another way and can be used with existing game plans to enhance one's income and or level with their company.
